International Conference- Emerging Trends in Healthcare Sciences (ICETHS 2025)
The ARS-FHCS 2025 organizing committee invites submission of abstracts from researchers in all areas related to healthcare. Submissions must be of original work that is not under consideration at another conference/journal/book/or publication in any other form.
Submission of Abstract for original works
- One author may submit more than one abstract.
- Submitting authors are required to ensure that all listed co-authors have reviewed the abstract, take responsibility for its content and agree with being listed as a co-author.
- All abstracts must be submitted in English.
- Authors should adhere to the guidelines provided to prepare the abstract.
- All abstracts should be accompanied by the declaration form available at the link https://tinyurl.com/22jx8tba

Acceptance of Abstract
- All submitted abstracts will be subjected to a double-blind peer review by a panel of experts.
- Abstracts will also be subjected to a plagiarism check. Thus, any paper that infringes intellectual property rights will be rejected.
- The final decision of presentation style (oral/poster) will be made by the editorial committee, and your understanding and cooperation are highly appreciated.
- Abstracts of the presented papers will be published in the book of abstracts.
Guideline for Authors
Authors must follow the instructions and format outlined below while submitting their abstract:
Title: Title of the abstract should explicitly indicate the focus of the research work. The title needs to be less than 20 words. Names of the authors, affiliation, and email of corresponding author should follow the title.
Abstract: Length of the abstract should be within 350-400 words. These word counts are for the main content of the abstract excluding the title, author affiliation, and keywords.
Format of the abstract: All submissions should be in the following format:
The abstract should be structured within 350-400 words.
Keywords: There should be a maximum of 6 keywords, of which at least three significant subject indicative keywords should be provided.
Introduction: A small introduction about your study
Objectives: A statement of what the research aims to achieve
Methodology: An explanation of the study design and experimental method and materials used.
Results: A concise summary of the major findings of the experiment or study. Sufficient data must be provided to permit evaluation by the reviewers and public reading of the abstract. Statements such as "additional information to be presented at the meeting" are not acceptable.
Conclusion: Summary of key findings and interpretations of a study, stating what the research has shown or proven.
Style: The paper should be in MS-Word format with font type – Times New Roman, font size –12 pts, and line space – 1.5.
Ethical approval: Studies involving either experimental animals or human participants should acknowledge the relevant ethical approvals within the abstract.
