Membership

Eligibility:
Those who are registered at the Eastern University, Sri Lanka as internal students and those who are appointed as Academic Staff (Permanent and Temporary), Administrative staff and Non-Academic staff are eligible for enjoying the library membership.

Registration:
Eligible users are required to register themselves at the Health Care Sciences Library. Membership registration forms can be obtained from the library reception and downloaded from this site. Applicants are required to submit the copies of appointment letter (if employed) or students’ identity card/registration book (if students) along with dully filled membership application forms.
